It is a good small property located in 8th arr. District not far from Montmartre, Moulin Rouge, and Place de Clichy, a short walk from the Metro even with luggage. The location is incredible and excellent, near by attractions.

Staff were gentle and nice!
King room was with central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table.

Absolutely fell short, rooms are cramped and the heating is a municipal joke, not to mention the 'super expensive' water in the mini bar should've come with a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't deal with the lack of special treatment. Paris deserves better!

Convenient location, nice cleaning, friendly personnel
Expensive breakfast, no kettle or water cooler

Unique street view balconies, easy access to public transport, clean bathrooms with marble tiles
Rooms are downright cramped!!! Heating control is maddeningly tied to municipal systems, leaving you cold when you want warmth!!! Notify guests about bike storage charges upfront to avoid surprise costs!!! Poor maintenance disrupts the experience!!!

The hotel is in a convenient location for me. My room was spacious and clean.
There was no airconditioning in the room so I roasted on the first night. They did give me a fan for the second night, but it didn't really help much.

Address was .08 Champs de Elysee but in fact it was in a very rough, run down area near a train station, and a long way from Champs de Elysee. Area not suitable for walking but taxis hard to come by.

Had a charming stay with a beautiful street view balcony, a good breakfast, but the room was a bit cramped. Would stay here again.

Very helpful staff. Close to many restaurants and the Moulin Rouge area. Nice bathroom.
I stayed here in August and the rooms were far too hot. Air conditioning is needed in the rooms. The hotel isn't close to the Champs-Elysees area. A taxi is definitely needed to get there.
